GPC Biotech to Hold Conference Call on March 27, 2008 to Discuss Year-End 2007 Financial Results

Martinsried/Munich (Germany) and Princeton, N.J., March 5, 2008 – GPC Biotech AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: GPC; NASDAQ: GPCB) today announced that the Company will hold a conference call on Thursday, March 27, 2008 to discuss financial results for the fiscal year 2007 and provide a company update. The financial results will be published on March 27th in advance of the call.  The Company’s reporting date has been re-scheduled from March 11th to March 27th due to the extensive work required around the Company’s recent corporate restructuring activities.

 

Participants may listen via live webcast, accessible through the GPC Biotech Web site at www.gpc-biotech.com, or via telephone. A replay will be available on the Web site following the live event. The call, which will be conducted in English, will be held on March 27, 2008 at 14:00 CET/9:00 AM ET.
